Why Go To Rwanda
Rwanda is one of Africa's cleanest short, high-impact itineraries if you want gorilla trekking, green mountain scenery, and logistics that feel more manageable than they do in many neighboring countries. It works best as Kigali plus Volcanoes, Nyungwe, or Akagera, with room for one clear extra rather than all three at once.

Know Before You Go
- Rwanda is compact, but the trip still improves when you choose one main park emphasis instead of trying to do every headline stop.
- Gorilla permits and higher-end lodge space shape the route and budget early, so last-minute planning is limiting.
- This works particularly well for travelers who want a shorter premium wildlife trip rather than a long overland safari.
